I started the program with CWS as a person with no welding experience and from a career that was entirely different.

The fact that the CWS instructors were able to mold me into the person that I am today is a huge testament as to how effective the program truly is. They accommodated me to the very best of their ability and made certain that I had the appropriate skills to start my career.
